Notwithstanding the foregoing, Turtur Home Loans may assign this Agreement or any rights hereunder without consent (i) to an entity that acquires substantially all of its stock, assets, or business (whether by sale of stock or assets, merger, consolidation, or otherwise), or (ii) to an affiliate or successor entity. Except as provided in this section, any attempt by either party to assign any of its rights or delegate any of its duties hereunder without the prior written consent of the other party shall be null and void.
The headings, captions, headers, footers, and version numbers contained in this Agreement are intended for convenience or reference only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
